The forms and information posted on this webpage are for US athletes (US Citizens) who wish to compete in FEI / International level competitions
outside the USA as well as National level classes/ competitions outside the USA. If you are not a US Citizen, please contact your NF / National

National level classes/competitions outside the USA
US athletes who wish to compete in National level classes / competitions outside the USA must be a US citizen, a current USEF member in
good standing and have completed the National Permission Questionnaire.
FEI / International level competitions outside the USA
Article 121.2 of the FEI General Regulations states: "All competitors invited or nominated for an international event must be entered by
