Lexington, KY - A week after qualifying for the Furusiyya FEI Nations Cup™ Jumping Season Series Final the U.S. jumpers head to The Netherlands with their sights set on proving their mettle in Europe this weekend at CSIO Rotterdam held June 19-23. A team of veterans and rising stars will be looking to repeat the American win from 2010 in Friday's Furusiyya FEI Nations Cup presented by Longines.

Two combinations from the winning effort in 2010 return to Rotterdam Stadium this week in hopes of again leading the U.S. to a top podium position. Laura Kraut (Royal Palm Beach, FL) brings her veteran partner Cherry Knoll Farm, Inc.'s Cedric in a return to Rotterdam. The 2008 Olympic Games Team Gold medalists helped the U.S. to victory in the $75,000 Furusiyya FEI Nations Cup presented by G&C Farm at CSIO Wellington. Lauren Hough (Wellington, FL) will again look to produce a double clear on Friday just as she did in 2010 with Laura and Meredith Mateo's Quick Study. The pair were also the members of the U.S. Team at the 2010 Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games as well as the winners of the 2011 Longines International Grand Prix of Ireland.

The 2012 Rolex/FEI World Cup Final champion, Beezie Madden (Cazenovia, NY) will also be representing the U.S. in Nations Cup competition in Rotterdam. She brings the $125,000 FEI World Cup Qualifier Grand Prix presented by Spy Coast Farm winner Abigail Wexner's Cortes 'C' into competition Friday.

The U.S. will also be represented by two rising stars of the sport; Saer Coulter and Lucy Davis. In April, Coulter (San Francisco, CA) was awarded the Maxine Beard Show Jumping Rider Award for her competitive record and potential to represent the United States in international competition. She will ride Copernicus Stables, LLC's Springtime in the Furusiyya FEI Nations Cup presented by Longines. Davis was the 2012 recipient of the Lionel Guerrand-Hermes Trophy, which is presented to a Young Rider in one of the Olympic disciplines who exemplifies both sportsmanship and horsemanship. The Los Angeles, California native brings Old Oak Farm's Barron into Rotterdam's Nations Cup.

8 teams line-up for Friday's Furusiyya FEI Nations Cup presented by Longines with the U.S. drawing first in the order. Nations Cup competition gets underway Friday at 4:00pm CET (10:00am ET).
