Region II is home to some of the U.S.'s most storied and successful vaulting clubs. The Northern California, Northern Nevada region has produced National Champions, FEI World Cup competitors, and numerous U.S. representatives at international competitions around the world. It's no surprise then that the regional championship in this stronghold of U.S. vaulting is a competitive one. That competition was especially stiff this past weekend in the Women's Gold Division.
