Hilltop Farm announces an exciting addition to their International Frozen Semen Program for 2006: Cyrano de Bergerac, a very successful show jumping stallion under Franke Sloothaak. Cyrano de Bergerac (Coriano-Ricardo-Labrador) is a Baden Wurtenburg stallion with a star-studded pedigree and ample international success as a show jumper. As a young stallion, he won the qualification for the German National Championships (the Bundeschampionat) with a score of 9.0, under Franke Sloothaak. The pair continued at the top of the sport, with wins at Bourdeaux CSI*** Sires of the World Jumping contest, the Audi-cup for Young Horse in Hannover, S-level classes at Aachen, Nuernberg, Gothenburg, and among other prestigious events. Cyrano de Bergerac was recently approved by the Hanoverian Verband for their Jumping Horse program. He is also approved by the Oldenburg Verband, Bavarian, Hessen, Thueringen, and the Studbook A with the Selle Francais. Hilltop Farm welcomes his influence to their program and looks forward to providing breeders of top show jumping prospects access to this fine stallion.
