$155,0000 in Prize Money to be Awarded at the 2014 U.S. Dressage Festival of Champions presented by The Dutta Corp

Lexington, Ky.- The United States Equestrian Federation (USEF) and United States Equestrian Team Team Foundation are pleased to announce that, through the efforts of the 2014 Gladstone Dressage Initiative, competitors across all six divisions at the 2014 U.S. Dressage Festival of Champions presented by The Dutta Corp will vie for prize money for the first time in over 10 years. The Initiative, a group of individuals passionate about the future of U.S. Dressage, has raised $155,000 to be awarded at the event, which will take place June 12-15 at the USET Foundation Headquarters in Gladstone, N.J.

In The Dutta Corp/USEF Grand Prix Dressage National Championship, which also serves as the Selection Trial for the 2014 Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games US Dressage Team Short List, a total of $130,000 will be on the line. Fifteen of the top U.S. combinations will travel to Gladstone as they look to earn a coveted place on the Short List, as well as stake their claim on the record prize money.

The Dutta Corp/USEF Intermediaire I Dressage National Championship, USEF Young Adult 'Brentina Cup' Dressage National Championship presented by Dressage Today, AGCO/USEF Young Rider Dressage National Championship, AGCO/USEF Junior Dressage National Championship, and USEF Pony Rider Dressage National Championship will each award $5,000.
