Westport, Conn. - Ox Ridge Hunt Club turns 100 this year having been established as a Club in 1914 for Fox Hunting and Polo. In 1926 Ox Ridge hosted its first horse show which is known today as a premier hunter-jumper-equitation horse show with a rich history. Ox Ridge was also the founding location of Pegasus Therapeutic Riding, a non-profit group that provides equine-assisted activities and therapies to more than 225 people with special needs, military veterans and at-risk individuals at four chapters in New York and Connecticut.

This year Ox Ridge had to modify its five-day show to a one-day on June 15th, which will feature the EQUUS Foundation Best Performance Competition, Marshall & Sterling, FW-PHA, NEHC, CHJA Medals, Maclay and Classics. Plans are in the works for the five-day Ox Ridge Show in 2015.
