Lexington, Ky- The FEI and USEF would like to notify U.S. organizers that Longines has agreed to partner with the FEI to create a new, reformatted Longines FEI World Cup™ Jumping North American League, beginning with the 2015-2016 season. There will be seven (7) Events on the East Coast and seven (7) events on the West Coast, for a total of fourteen (14) events in North America (including USA, Canada and Mexico). The organizers will be selected through a competitive bidding process in order to build a strong sports proposition that is a commercially viable League well into the future.
Due to the Longines FEI World Cup™ Jumping North American League serving as qualifiers for the FEI's prestigious annual championship, the Longines FEI World Cup Jumping Final, the USEF is calling for all organizers submitting bids to also complete a Special Competition/Longines FEI World Cup™ Jumping Application for License Agreement.
If you are interested in receiving the bidding document along with the Special Competition/Longines FEI World Cup™ Jumping Application for License Agreement, please contact Jennifer Haydon at [email protected]. Bid questionnaires and Applications for Special Competition/Longines FEI World Cup™ Jumping must be received by 15 July 2014.
