Lexington, Ky.
- The United States Equestrian Federation (USEF) is pleased to announce a partnership with Hermès, as it becomes the Official Technical Riding Apparel Supplier of the United States Equestrian Teams, beginning at the 2014 Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games. The new partnership reflects the house's historic commitment to equestrianism.

U.S. team riders will be provided specially designed apparel that includes: competition jacket, breeches, soft shell jacket, baseball cap, polo shirt, and Gore-Tex rain jacket. The apparel will feature a distinctive Hermès saddle nail incorporating the USEF mark.

Hermès became the Title Sponsor of the U.S. Show Jumping Team in February, first appearing at the Furusiyya FEI Nations Cup presented by G&C Farm at the FTI Consulting Winter Equestrian Festival. The Hermès U.S. Show Jumping Team will compete at the 2014 Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games, which begin tomorrow in Normandy, France.

USEF President Chrystine Tauber said, "The USEF is pleased to welcome Hermès as the Official Technical Riding Apparel Supplier of the U.S. Equestrian Teams. With Hermès' attention to detail in the construction of its luxury products, we could not think of a better partner, and look forward to its continued support of the USEF."

As Robert B. Chavez, President and CEO Hermès USA comments, "Committed as we are to making high quality performance products for horse and rider, Hermès is honored to be chosen by USEF as official supplier of technical apparel for the U.S. Equestrian teams. Competition at the highest level provides the ultimate test for our products, as well as an opportunity for Hermès to support USEF in nurturing achievement in Equestrian sport."
