• Is it required that I file my Medication Report Form (MRF) on-line?
    - No, paper forms will still be available at the competition and can be downloaded from the Drugs and Medications web page.

• How do I sign the form?
    -Typing in your name will serve as an electronic signature.

• How will I have a copy for my records?
    - When the form is submitted, an email will be sent back with a copy of the form for your records that can be retained electronically.

• How do I get the Steward/TD to sign the form?
    -No need to have them signed with filing electronically.  The purpose of the Steward/TD or Designated Show Office Representative (DSOR) signing the form is to document the time and date the form was received.  Now there will be an electronic time stamp.  Plus, forms can be filed even when the competition office is closed.

• Can I do this from my iPhone?
    -Yes, the form can be accessed using smartphones, tablets and computers.

• Do these forms work for FEI?
    - No, these forms only apply to USEF competitions.  The FEI utilizes their own forms.
