When the United States Equestrian Federation (USEF) announced its 2005 champions, the list included Hilltop Farm's elite Hanoverian stallion Contucci as the 2005 USEF Leading Sire Dressage Breeding. Contucci's accumulated points of 766 were more than double the #2 ranked sire, who accumulated 331 points. The title of USEF Leading Owner Dressage Breeding was also awarded to Hilltop Farm, likely due to many of Contucci's offspring successes.
Since 2004, Contucci has been represented in the USEF National Young Horse Championships by several offspring. In 2005, his son Carrerra, bred by Liz and Dieter Felgendreher, placed eighth in the finals, while his son Carnegie, bred by Zada Steidl, placed 11th. His sons and daughters have won grand championships at breed shows across the country and have claimed many site champion titles at breed inspections. The sport results now continue to appear as his offspring come of age to go down centerline.
Most recently, Contuncci's Hanoverian son Cabana Boy (2004 Reserve Grand Champion of Devon) won his debut performance of the FEI Four-Year-Old test at the Morven Park Spring Dressage Classic in Leesburg, VA. Cabana Boy now holds the highest score in the country in the International Dressage Breeders Futurity with his winning score of 8.5.
