Calling all horse show managers!

The 2016 USEF competition year has begun and enrollment is open for horse shows to participate in the 2016 Best Performance Competition (BPC), a joint EQUUS Foundation/USEF program to reward competitive excellence and provide on-going support of horse welfare.

Open to competitors in all divisions, the BPC consists of four classes:
  • Best Junior on a Pony   • Best Junior on a Horse
  • Best Amateur   • Best Professional

It's a Win - Win - Win!
A Win for Horse Shows -
  • No enrollment fee & easy to sign up
  • Retain up to 50% of the class entry fees to cover the administration and operation of the program
  • Eligible to win the BPC Horse Show of the Year Award presented by the USEF to the horse show(s) with     the greatest percentage of program participation.

A Win for Competitors -
  • Riders will be recognized for all their "best performances" throughout the competition year
  • The entry fee of $20 is tax-deductible
  • Riders will be making a difference in the lives of horses and people in need!

A Win for Horse Welfare - program proceeds will be used to help:
  • Reduce the unwanted horse population
  • Retrain horses for multiple careers and
  • Make equine therapy available to more people with special needs

For the EQUUS Foundation, it's all about how horses move us beyond our boundaries - both as athletes and as humanitarians.
