Parker, Colo. – The Organizing Committee of the 2016 Adequan/FEI North American Junior & Young Rider Championships provided by Gotham North (NAJYRC) has announced that due to insufficient entries, the Individual and Team Para-Equestrian Championships will not be held this year.

Following the close of the Nominate Entry, the FEI requirement of at least two National Federations represented with teams was not met in order to run the para-equestrian division of a Continental Championship. After exploring options available to host a different level of FEI competition, para-equestrian will not be held due to lack of interest.

The NAJYRC will be held July 26-31 at the Colorado Horse Park in Parker, Colo.
