Arabian Sport Horse Alliance Offers Recognition at the 2016 American Eventing Championships

The Arabian Sport Horse Alliance is proud to be offering recognition for Arabian-bred competitors at the 2016 American Eventing Championships being held at Tryon International Equestrian Center August 31 through September 4, 2016.

The ASHA Highlight Awards will be presented to the highest placing Arabian-bred horse or pony in the following fourteen divisions: USEF/USEA Recognized Divisions: A-Ch, I-Ch, PAm-Ch, PH-Ch, PJr/Yr-Ch and USEF Endorsed/USEA Recognized Divisions: TAm-Ch, TH-Ch, TJr-Ch, NAm-Ch, NH-Ch, NJr-Ch, BNAm-Ch, BNH-Ch, BNJr-Ch (In the case of any amateur and junior divisions being split by age categories, ASHA will give the award to the eligible horse with the lowest penalty score in either of the age splits for that level in that division.)

Arabian-bred sport horses and ponies that that are Arabian, Anglo-Arabian, Shagya-Arabian or least 25% Arabian/Shagya by lineage are eligible for these awards. To verify your horse’s eligibility and get on the official list for these awards please contact [email protected] by August 26, 2016.
