Young Talent Ready for 2016 USEF Dressage Seat Medal Finals

Wayne, Ill. – Riders between the ages of 11 and 18 have converged on the Lamplight Equestrian Center with the hopes of attaining a 2016 USEF Dressage Seat Medal Finals title. On Sunday, the young athletes will compete in two divisions, 13 & Under and 14-18, demonstrating their equitation in front of the judges. On Friday afternoon, the 13 & Under division performed their warm-up class, while Saturday morning saw the 14-18 division have their turn in front of the judges.

A talented young group of 11 riders will kick off Sunday’s dressage festivities at the Equo U.S. Arena when they vie for the 13 & Under Championship. In the Grand Prix Arena, 14 riders will compete for top honors in the 14-18 Championship. With no champions returning to the Final, new faces aim to earn a national title.
