Good News for Equestrian Fans: 2006 FEI World Equestrian Games Tickets Still Available

Further tickets are on sale for the FEI World Equestrian Games in Aachen, Germany, for 2006. Tickets are even available for the extremely popular dressage and show-jumping finals. Up-to-date information can be obtained at www.aachen2006.de and tickets can be ordered from the hotline +49-(0)241-917-1111.

"The web details are updated several times a day, so all of the information there really is completely up-to-date," explained Michael Mronz, member and spokesman of the Organizing Committee for the WEG Aachen 2006. The reason for this renewed availability is that several associations have not exhausted the full quota of tickets they were allocated with. The remaining tickets can thus be offered for public sale. "In this way around 95% of the tickets really will end up in the hands of the fans," commented Mronz. Last week the organizers were already able to announce the sale of the 400,000th ticket. Half a million visitors are expected to attend the FEI World Equestrian Games, which features seven equestrian disciplines from August 20-September 3.
