by By Classic Communications | Jun 14, 2007, 11:51 AM

Live webcasts of the Country Heir Horse Shows are available online now. The webcasts are being produced by Productions East Video. The Country Heir I Horse Show runs through Sunday, June 17, and the Country Heir II Horse Show follows, June 20-24. Both are held at the Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington. Viewers are able to watch competition from five rings (Walnut, Johnson, Murphy, Stoneleigh and Clayborne). Each of the two Country Heir horse shows features a grand prix competition—a $40,000 grand prix during Week One and a $50,000 grand prix during Week Two. There is also a $10,000 welcome prix during Week One and a $15,000 welcome prix during Week Two, a $10,000 High Junior/Amateur Owner Jumper Classic each week, both of which are member events of the Show Jumping Hall of Fame Jumper Classic Series, as well as a $7,500 Low Junior/Amateur Owner Jumper Classic and three Young Jumper Championship (YJC) qualifiers and three Young Jumper classes with $6,000 total prize money each week. There is also a $10,000 Hunter Classic. Both weeks offer North American League and WIHS classes and both are USEF “AA” rated. Whether a horse owner, family member, friend of a rider or an equestrian enthusiast in general, you will want to take advantage of this opportunity to watch your favorite horses and riders compete live as it happens from the Kentucky Horse Park by logging on to www.LiveBroadcast.TV. The cost of the live webcast feed of the Country Heir horse shows is just $25 per day or $100 for the full two weeks. “We’ve been thrilled with the number of people signing on to watch the action from the horse shows we have been presenting,” said Jon Cromer, owner of Productions East Video. “We’re getting incredible feedback, and it is clear that people love having the chance to see their horses go even when they are thousands of miles away.” A broadband connection (cable modem, DSL, T-1 or satellite broadband) is needed to view the coverage on your computer. Productions East has been producing live horse show and figure skating events since 2002, allowing people anywhere to enjoy action as it happens around the country. Demand for them continues to grow as people take advantage of the opportunity to watch their favorite horse, rider or class from virtually anywhere that offers broadband internet access. You can enjoy the classes almost as much as if you were standing right there on the rail. For more information, please e-mail inquiries to [email protected].
