The Colorado Horse Park is proud to announce that the Colorado Arabian Breeders Alliance (CABA) has become the first association member to offer reciprocal benefits to members of both organizations. CABA members now receive a 25% discount on memberships at the Colorado Horse Park and vice versa. This membership association agreement will support the future of the Arabian horse, further enhance the opportunities available at the Colorado Horse Park and set up a symbiotic relationship between members of both organizations.

“We are very pleased that members of both organizations will benefit from this arrangement,” explained Deborah Terry, Membership Director at the Colorado Horse Park. Other equine organizations are encouraged to take advantage of the park’s association membership.

The Colorado Arabian Breeders Alliance is a non-profit corporation that was formed in February 2006, and is dedicated to the preservation and improvement of the Arabian horse. As interest in Arabian horses gained momentum in Colorado, CABA began looking for more equestrian venues to hold meetings, seminars and clinics, and found that home at the Colorado Horse Park, which is well known for its impressive equestrian events schedule and community involvement.

Joining with the Colorado Horse Park is an opportunity for the Colorado Arabian Breeders Alliance to help solidify the future of the Arabian horse and gain more exposure for the group. “By joining with the Colorado Horse Park, we are hoping to be able to expand our program and offer an Arabian horse clinic and other exciting programs in association with The Colorado Horse Park,” commented Jim Gromelski, Chairman of CABA. It only costs $25 for an individual or $35 for a family to join the Colorado Arabian Breeders Alliance and benefits include new stallion notifications, discounts on scheduled clinics, marketing assistance, a farm directory and more.

In addition, $5 of each membership fee in the Colorado Arabian Breeders Alliance is donated to the Emily Griffith Center, a non-profit organization that assists neglected and abused children learn to trust again through horse-related activities with its “Trails to Trust” Program. “Not to be overshadowed by our dedication to preserve and improve the Arabian breed is our commitment to support, both economically and socially, individuals and organizations which recognize the value of horse ownership and association,” continued Gromelski.

Joining with CABA is an exciting step forward in the Colorado Horse Park’s progressive and ongoing effort to accommodate and facilitate the interests of the burgeoning Colorado equestrian community. General Manager Rob Janson has been looking forward to the Colorado Arabian Breeders Alliance association because it will open the door for many exciting new annual events, bring new faces in to The Colorado Horse Park and give the park the opportunity to support valuable community programs.

“This is a really excitement development for both organizations,” said Terry. For more information, visit www.coloradohorsepark.org or e-mail [email protected].
