Hopeful Junior Jumper Prix des States Competitors Qualifying Period Ends Soon

by By Jennifer Haydon | Aug 16, 2007, 12:36 PM

Please make sure that you regularly check your 2007 Adequan®/National Junior Jumper Championships (Prix des States) points in your zone’s standings as the qualifying period ends with competitions on or before August 31. Each zone’s national championship standings can be located on the USEF website under your zone’s Points & Awards page.

Also, to be eligible to compete in this year’s Adequan®/USEF National Junior Jumper Championships, horse-and-rider combinations must earn Certificates of Capability between December 1, 2006, and on or before August 31, 2007, by completing a course with four faults or less set at Level 7 or higher. Riders must verify this in writing from the horse show office with a signed judge’s card.

Criteria for this championship can be found on the USEF website at www.usef.org/Contentpage2.aspx?id=natjumping.

Please direct any questions to Jennifer Haydon, Director of Show Jumping, National Programs, at [email protected] or (859) 225-6911.
