Lexington, KY -- The USEF has named the following four riders to compete at CSIO Buenos Aires, under the watchful eye of Chef d’Equipe George Morris, November 9-12 in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

For three of the riders, it will be their first experience representing the United States. Libby McKinney, 25, will make her first team trip with Gun du Desfi, the horse with which she recently won the Wild Card Grand Prix on September 28 in Culpepper, VA. The pair from Green Farms, CT, bested a talented field of 31 horses and riders at the USGPL Finals in Culpepper.

Hillary Dobbs, from Sussex, NJ has had consistent results with Quincy B all summer. Only 19 years old, Dobbs was busy competing on the North East circuit. Highlights of her results with Quincy B include top finishes in grand prixes at Manchester Summer Fest in Vermont and at the Sussex County Horse Show in New Jersey.

Charlie Jayne from Elgin, IL will make his first appearance on a U.S. Team at the age of 21. With his mount Urbanus, Jayne is currently ranked 7th in points in the East Coast World Cup League by virtue of prominent ribbons at the American Gold Cup, Cleveland, OH, and in the $50,000 Hagyard Equine Medical Institute Grand Prix on September 28 at the Kentucky Horse Park

Rounding out the quartet is Brianne Goutal from New York, NY. At 19, Goutal is the veteran of the group in terms of experience. Her international resume includes a spot on last year’s winning Nations Cup team at Buenos Aires. In addition, Goutal participated in the 2007 USEF Developing/Young Riders Tour, and was on the winning Nations Cup team at CSIO Hamina, Finland and CSIO Falsterbo, Sweden. With her 2006 Buenos Aires mount, Ralvesther, Goutal also had top finishes in August in the grand prixes at both HITS on the Hudson and the Hampton Classic.
