Make a note: Sit down at the computer Saturday night, October 27, at 8 p.m. The $65,000 Budweiser Grand Prix de Penn National will be webcast live in its entirety exclusively by Productions East Video and LiveBroadcast.TV.
The grand prix is a World Cup qualifier and one of the biggest events in American show jumping. Just log on to www.LiveBroadcast.TV or www.ProductionsEast.com. Live webcast feed of the competition is just $24.95 per day. The only requirement for viewing the coverage on your computer is a broadband connection (cable modem, DSL, T-1 or Satellite Broadband).
Those who log on earlier will be treated to the best in equestrian competition for a variety of breeds and disciplines. The show kicks off at 8 a.m. and runs nearly continuously through the grand prix, which is the last class of the last day of the competition’s 10-day run. The grand prix will be preceded by championship classes for hunters, jumpers, draft horses and American Saddlebreds. The Budweiser Clydesdales and Valley Forge Military Academy Band will perform prior to the start of the grand prix. A tribute to the Special Services Unit, Canine Division, of the Harrisburg Police Department will honor the dogs that serve the local community. Demonstrations of agility and aggression will take place during the afternoon and evening sessions.
