Lexington, KY—As the 2004 Horse of the Year season comes to a close, the Federation gears up for a new year of competition with the release of the 2005 Triple Point Competitions, for the Hackney/Harness, Roadster, and Saddlebred divisions. Each year, the corresponding discipline committees vote to assign triple point status to one competition in each of the twelve regions. Points won at these designated competitions are tripled, and will be applied to the standings for the 2005 USEF Horse of the Year program.
