by By Lisa Jackson | Nov 13, 2009, 1:04 PM

Join the Kentucky Horse Park and John Lyons in kicking off 2010 in style in the park’s new Indoor Arena. The park has partnered with the Center for Women in Racing to bring America’s most trusted horseman to Kentucky, January 16-17, 2010. Enjoy Lyons’ expertise, experience and candor in a setting unlike any other.

Lyons is one of the most respected trainers around the world. He is known as “America’s Most Trusted Horseman” and he has earned that title through almost 30 years of dedication to horses and horse owners. His ideas and concepts in horse training have influenced every level of performance, every style of riding and every breed of horse throughout the world. His ideas and work have directly changed thousands of lives. Lyons’ sincere regard for people and the horses they love has remained unchanged throughout his career.

Saturday and Sunday attendees will learn general problem solving, retraining issues, and bonding techniques for their horses. Horses of all breeds and levels, including off the track Thoroughbreds will be used to highlight how Lyons' techniques can be successful no matter the breed or discipline. The goal of the symposium is to share his successful Natural Horsemanship techniques with the audience and provide attendees with knowledge they can take home and incorporate into their own training and horsemanship programs.
