by By Amanda Bassett | Dec 3, 2009, 11:32 AM

USEF is offering a Licensed Competition Seminar on January 15, 2010, in Louisville, KY, in conjunction with the USEF Annual Meeting. The purpose of this seminar is to enlighten current and prospective competition managers and secretaries on the current rules governing USEF competitions. We would also like to receive input regarding what you would like the Federation to provide to make your job easier.

Some of the topics will include Planning and Marketing Your Competition, Competition Personnel and People Management, and Risk Management and Safety. We will also offer breakout sessions by area of interest, including dressage (discussion to include new levels and charts), hunter/jumper (discussion to include prize money payout), and breed competitions.

You may download information and an application at www.usef.org/newsletterLicensedOfficials/2010schedule.html. If you are unable to attend, most portions of the seminar notebook will be available to view or print online after the seminar.
