Paso Fino Horse Association Rule Change Proposals

The Paso Fino Horse Association Rules Committee requests that any proposal for rule changes be submitted to the Executive Director of the Paso Fino Horse Association, 101 North Collins Street, Plant City Florida 33566-3311 on or before June 1, 2005. Submissions are requested on disk utilizing a PC format in MS Word or Word Perfect. Please review the requirements of our current rule book concerning rules changes, which are described in Chapter One, Section I, page 17 of the rule book, and carefully consider any proposed rule change. Please include your name, address, phone number, e-mail address and membership number. Reference the paragraph, section and page number the proposed rule is replacing or adding to. Include a clear and thoughtful rationale of the intent for the proposed change, including any financial impact, if known, this change may have on the Association. If proposed changes affect any other part of the Constitution or Rules, please reference that section. Rule Change Proposal Forms are available from the PFHA office, Regional Presidents and Delegates and will soon be available on the website at www.pfha.org.~~~
