Showplace Productions Announces 2010 Horse Show Dates

Showplace Productions, one of the top horse show production and management companies in the United States, is pleased to announce the dates of their 2010 horse shows. Returning to the beautiful Lamplight Equestrian Center in Wayne, IL, Showplace Productions will host Spring Warm-Ups, April 29-May 2 and May 6-9; the Showplace Spring Spectacular I and II, June 8-13 and June 14-20; Showplace Summertime, July 7-11; and the Showplace Fall Classic, September 14-19.

The weeks of top competition that Showplace Productions brings to the Lamplight Equestrian Center attracts riders from around the country to the Chicago suburbs for great prize money, superb footing and course design, and a wonderful show experience. Offering some of the best prize money for junior and amateur riders in the country, and excellent grand prix competition in the open jumpers, the Showplace competitions will total nearly $1 million in prize money for the season.

Ledges Sporting Horses in Roscoe, IL, will also continue to host Showplace Production's horse shows this year with the Showplace Spring Classic, May 19-23; Ledges Spring Classic, May 26-30; Ledges Summertime, July 14-18; Ledges Fall Classic, August 19-22; and the Showplace Fall Festival, September 2-5. Both the Lamplight and Ledges horse shows will provide excellent opportunities for top competition in the Midwest throughout the 2010 season.

In addition to the regular schedule of hunter/jumper competitions, Showplace Productions is excited to announce a special $40,000 Nutrena Invitational Grand Prix on April 17. The class will be held at 7:00 p.m. at the Midwest Horse Fair, the third largest horse fair in the world, at the Alliant Energy Center in Madison, WI.
