USEF Competition License Procedure Update and FAQ's #6

Listed below is the preliminary plan for review of the 2006-2008 license applications. The plan may be modified if necessary to address needs that may develop in connection with the date rotation matter. These applications will be reviewed in a month by month fashion, starting with December 2005 competitions, beginning the week of May 23, 2005.

1. Applications from existing 2005 competitions received by the deadline of May 15, 2005 with no changes.
2. Applications with changes.
a. Applications from existing 2005 competitions received by the deadline of May 15, 2005 with changes of date, location and rating.
b. Changes of date or location received within 30 days of issuing the license contract.
c. Final processing of these applications will not commence for a minimum of 30 days following the issuance of the license agreements for the previous month to insure existing competitions have priority to make changes in dates or location due to 2007 rotation over applications for new competitions.
3. New applications for 2006-2008 competitions received on or before June 1, 2005. These applications will be considered as received on June 1, 2005.
4. New applications for 2006-2008 competitions received after June 1, 2005. These applications will be reviewed in order of date of receipt.
