Take Part in this Rare Equine Opportunity to Volunteer with the American Morgan Horse Association at the 2010 Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games

Would you like to be at the 2010 Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games (WEG)? Come volunteer with the American Morgan Horse Association and be a part of this experience!

AMHA is looking for volunteers to help host an exhibit in the Breed Barn of the World Equestrian Games. The booth will be open all 16 days from approximately 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.

AMHA also will be hosting an action-packed breed demonstration in the Equine Village each day. The Demo will be occur all 16 days from approximately 30 minutes. Extra hands will be needed to help with preparation and get all the horses in the ring.

In exchange for your service, each volunteer will receive:
• A general admission ticket to the WEG for the days you have selected to work
• Free parking and transportation to the Kentucky Horse Park grounds
• Opportunity to stay at the horse park after a shift is finished to view the events

Requirements for volunteers are:
• Member of the AMHA, 18 years or older
• Must submit to a Homeland Security Background Check
• Must have a working e-mail address. The majority of communications will come to you via e-mail
• Need to commit to at least three days of service, one shift per day
• Required to attend a teleconference orientation session
