George Lukemine, Director of the Intercollegiate Equestrian Foundation (IEF), has announced the following recipients for 2010:
Joan Johnson Memorial Scholarship Award
2010 Winner Ethan McRee Hefner - North Carolina State University
This scholarship is in memory of Joan Johnson who served the Intercollegiate Horse Show Association (IHSA) for 36 years and took pride in serving as its Director of the Scholarship Foundation. It is awarded to one applicant who has shown excellence in all of the criteria for the IEF scholarship.
Jack Benson Memorial Scholarship
2010 Winner Randi Cashman - Centenary College
Special congratulations to Randi, who celebrated her 21st birthday May 6 during Nationals! And Randi's dad Peter, received the IHSA Lifetime Achievement Award for 2010.
