The West Coast clinic was hosted by Michael and Linda Fowler at their beautiful Epona Farms located in Thousand Oaks, CA. Participating in the clinic were some of California’s elite riders including Jan Ebeling, Leslie Morse and Elizabeth Ball. Eight other riders took part in the sessions, among them Mette Rosencrantz who had high praise for Kyrklund.
“Kyra knows what she is talking about,” Said Rosencrantz. “She is a fantastic horse woman with years of experience. Not only is she good rider that can get on any horse, but she can teach and come across to really make a difference.”
Kyrklund then traveled cross-country to Chesapeake City, MD. Scott and Suzanne Hassler graciously hosted the clinic at Riveredge Farm owned by John and Leslie Malone. Eight riders participated in the sessions over the three days. Once again Kyrklund’s techniques were met with rave reviews. All the riders experienced great improvements in their horses and praised Kyrklund’s ability to effectively communicate in perfect detail.
The USEF would like to extend a special thank you to the hosts: Michael and Linda Fowler, Scott and Suzanne Hassler, John and Leslie Malone, without their gracious support these tremendous opportunities would not be possible.
