TheHorseStudio.com is searching for talented fine artists, both new and established, who have works in print in equestrian and equine art. All disciplines of equestrian pursuit are of interest. While TheHorseStudio.com is well known for purchasing and stocking in house, the largest selection of equestrian related DVD and book titles available online, it looks forward to enlarging its broad base of other departments too.
"We have included an art and collectibles department at our 'International Equestrian Shop' since inception. We would like to extend the 'studio' factor of TheHorseStudio.com, and invite artists to contact us with samples of their works and welcome all types of works. We seek fine art reproduced as high quality prints in either Open Edition or Limited Edition preferably on Giclee paper for longevity and high color optimization standards. The Horse Studio Team will also review other types of art or craft work that relates to horses. As we head into the fourth quarter, holiday cards are of special interest. We also have a dog and cat section so that category may also be included. We ask artists to contact us directly via e-mail at [email protected] with their interest," stated Paul Alvin-Smith, President.
Artists whose work is accepted at TheHorseStudio.com, will enjoy their own page within the site (given three or more different images/works are accepted), as well as material paid and unpaid advertising/marketing and PR support, plus the famous 'TheHorseStudio.com" frank review, which they may use for their own promotional purposes. Their products will also be marketed through TheHorseStudio.com Trunk Sales seasonal events and sponsored clinic events.
"Our customers are loyal and return time and again, realizing they can rely on great customer service, fast shipping, excellent packaging and well proven products. While our buyers comb the globe for fresh and new ideas in all areas including tack and equipment, equestrian couture and accessories, we would like to extend the art and collectibles part of our online store with artists in the U.S. It is our aim to help develop artists specializing in the horse world, to provide an extensive array of original talent and perhaps help launch the next big name. If you have your artwork on stationery, notecards, matted prints, china, T-Shirts or whatever, feel free to contact us also. We are always open to fresh ideas," said Kathy Collins, Sales Manager.
Artist works accepted at TheHorseStudio.com include wonderful jewelry and Christmas pewter ornaments from Loriece, who also produces Canadian glass ornaments and other pewter gift items, and fine artist prints from Michael Lee, of Alpharetta, GA. Michael is known for his bold brush strokes and artful use of colors. He has been working as an illustrator for many years for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, amongst other skill sets. His work has been shown in many galleries throughout the South East of the U.S., and TheHorseStudio.com is proud to welcome him to our art collection. We also carry an extensive collection of cards and stationery imported from the U.K. which feature work of many famous artists.
Don't forget TheHorseStudio.com is always interested in receiving new DVD and book productions for review also.
"We see hundreds of DVDs and books each year and are highly selective of materials we carry. Both books and DVDs must be professionally rendered with high quality production and accurate and safe instruction within for us to accept," said Paul Alvin-Smith.
