Dressage

In Germany at the CDI5* Stuggart, Catherine Haddad and Winyamaro executed a beautiful test in the Grand Prix to place fourth with a 68.936%. The pair was then sixth in the Grand Prix Freestyle with a score of 73.250%.

Jumping

Also competing at Stuggart was U.S. jumping rider Lauren Hough. On Friday evening Hough and Prezioso S were fourth in the 1.50m class. Hough followed that performance with a sixth place finish in the Mercedes German Masters with Quick Study. With Available Versace, Hough was third in Saturday's speed class.

Several U.S. riders competed in Belgium at the CSI3*and CSI1* Wieze. On Friday, Young Rider Reed Kessler was fourth in 1.40m class with Onisha and was second in the 1.45m class with Mika. Competing in the CSI1*, Teri Kessler won the first class of the day on Saturday with Ice D'Ancoeur, and was second in the next class with Swiss Franc. Ali Wolff earned a fourth place ribbon with It's Magic in Sunday's 1.35m class.

In the last FEI World Cup qualifier of 2010 on the West coast, Ashlee Bond and Cadett 7 increased their lead in the rankings by winning the $50,000 Grand Prix of Los Angeles. Bond and Richard Spooner (on Cristallo) were the only riders to advance to jump-off and Bond's blazing time of 40.97 seconds over the technical course secured the win. In the $30,000 Los Angeles Welcome Stake Rich Fellers took first and second with Flexible and McGuinness respectively.
