Advanced eventing rider, Colin Davidson of South Conway, New Hampshire passed away on December 6, 2010 after sustaining serious injuries as a result of a one-car accident in Charlottesville, Virginia on December 5. Colin’s truck struck a tree and rolled down an embankment near his apartment in Charlottesville. He was 29 years old.

Colin competed successfully at the top levels of the sport of eventing over the last few years. In 2010, riding Draco, he had a career best finish – placing third at the Jersey Fresh CCI3*. Colin and Draco were named to the USEF Eventing Developing Rider List for 2010 and had their first trip to the Rolex CCI4*.
