All American Cup Stallion Review and Auction Set for January

Lexington, KY - The 2011 All American Cup (AAC) Stallion Review and Auction is set to take place on Saturday January 22.

The event will begin at Claudia Sanders Restaurant in Shelbyville, KY. The tour will begin at 7 a.m., and in attendance along the tour will be notable Saddlebred personalities Merrill Murray and Debbie Foley. More than 30 show horses and stallions will be presented as the AAC Coaches travel to Sunrise Stables, Alliance Stud, and Copper Coin Farm. The one and only Peter Fenton will serve as Master Of Ceremonies for the event.

AAC is offering an unprecedented all riding students and instructors the opportunity attend the AAC Stallion Tour for a reduced rate of $25.

The doors at Claudia Sanders restaurant will open for the AAC auction at 4 p.m., where attendees will be greeted by vocalist Amy Kaufman and her cast of musicians, known as My Band.

Dinner and pre-auction activities begin at 4:45 p.m. Many "warm up" horse items will be auctioned at 5 p.m., to lead into the subsequent Stallion Service Auction of 170 stallions, scheduled to begin at 6 p.m.

More than $104,000 will be awarded in the 2011 All American Weanling Cup. The All American Three-Year-Old Cup will award $117,000.
