- Wednesday daytime, September 7: Hunter Breeding Judges’ Clinic
- Thursday daytime, September 8: Jumper Course Design Clinic
- Friday daytime, September 9: Hunter Course Design Clinic

- Friday evening, September 9: Cocktail party around the pool hosted by Julie Winkel at her home
- Saturday evening, September 10: Dinner hosted by Julie Winkel at her home
