Lexington, KY - The qualifying period for the 2011 Kentucky State Fair World’s Championship Horse Show (WCHS) will close Sunday, July 3, 2011.

The usual qualifying period for WCHS is July 1 of the previous year through June 30 of the current year; however, because the last calendar week of June 2011 includes dates in July 2011, the qualifying period will close Sunday, July 3, 2011. All competitions held the week of June 27 - July 3, 2011, will count as qualifying competitions for the 2011 WCHS.
