2005 FEI World Driving Championship Pairs Update: Competition Horses Announced

Lexington, KY – Following the announcement of U.S. Team and Alternate/Individual drivers on June 2, the United States Equestrian Federation has announced the horses which will accompany the U.S. Team to the 2005 FEI World Driving Championship Pairs in Wals-Siezenheim, Austria, September 8-11.

United States Team Members with accompanying horses are as follows:

Fritz Grupe with the following three horses:
–Magnum 44 (1994 Oldenburg gelding, owned by Fritz Grupe),
–Peter (1992 Sachsen gelding, owned by Fritz Grupe),
–Ravell (1997 German Warmblood gelding, owned by Michael Freund)

Mike McLennan with the following three horses:
–Pecan Mill Ruff (1996 Friesian-Quarter Horse gelding, owned by Mike McLennan),
–Pecan Mill Tuff (1996 Friesian-Quarter Horse gelding, owned by Mike McLennan),
–Janosch 525 (1999 Hungarian Warmblood gelding, owned by Michael Freund)

Lisa Singer with the following three horses:
–Avalon Avant Garde (1987 Morgan gelding, owned by Anne Thorington),
–Count On Me (1994 Morgan gelding, owned by Anne Thorington),
–Lr Ami Bengali (1996 Morgan gelding, owned by Anne Thorington)

United States Team Alternate/Individual:

Alan Aulson with the following three horses:
–Nordby Coalie Duke (1997 Morgan gelding, owned by Alan Aulson),
–Nordby Coalie Coal Dust (1994 Morgan gelding, owned by Alan Aulson),
–Meddo’s Chief George (1991 Morgan gelding, owned by Alan Aulson)
