An early morning fire tragically took the lives of 21 horses at the High Plains Stables, the Billings, Montana barn of USEA Area IX Chair, Martha McDowell. The entire facility in addition to all of Martha’s and her boarders’ equipment has been lost.

A fund is being set up through Montana Equestrian Events, Inc, a 501c3 Non-Profit organization. Checks can be mailed to:
