USEA Ride Share Program Relaunched

by USEA | May 19, 2012, 11:34 AM

USEA is delighted to announce that USEA Ride Share service has been revamped and is back online! Need a ride to an event? Got to get a sale horse to its new owners? The USEA encourages its members to utilize the USEA ride share program in order to help eventers save a few bucks on gas during our tough economy.

The ride share is free for anyone to use – not just USEA members, is easy to access and sign on, and hopefully will help you not only save some money on travel expenses, but also meet some new friends in your area. The format is similar to online flight booking companies such as Expedia or Travelocity and you have the option to choose "one-way" or "round trip" depending on your situation.  You can also designate if you're looking for a ride or are offering a spot or two in your trailer. Check back often as new listings are posted frequently!

The link to the USEA Ride Share Program is located on the USEA's competitions page on the right hand side under "Competitior Resources". A direct link is also available here: http://useventing.com/scripts/rideshare-list. Follow the short list of instructions to get started, and if you have any trouble contact the USEA webmaster at [email protected].
