The family of Dr. Craig Ferrell, USET Team Physician and friend to many members of the international equestrian family, issued the following statement earlier today:

“Craig was injured yesterday when he fell from his horse while playing polo at a match near our home in Franklin, Tennessee.  He was taken immediately to Vanderbilt University Medical Center.  Craig suffered injuries to his neck and spine.  He is receiving excellent care in the Trauma Intensive Care Unit.  He is conscious and responsive but remains in serious condition.
