Lexington, KY - Two three day events wrapped up Sunday in the U.S., on opposite sides of the country, and four Eventing 25 riders came away with top honors.

In Paso Robles, CA Katherine Groesbeck (Temecula, CA), riding her mother Teresa Groesbeck's Oz Poof of Purchase jumped a double clear round in the show jumping phase of the competition to move from second place after Saturday, into first place at the Twin Rivers CCI2* to finish on a score of 49.7.

In the CIC3* division, two Eventing 25 riders claimed to the top two places. Mackenna Shea (Tacoma, WA) and her own Landioso led from start to finish adding only a handful of penalties to her dressage score to end her weekend with a 61.0. Zachary Brandt (Thousand Oaks, CA) and his own Cavallino Cocktail had an impressive showing in his first CIC3* to finish in second place with a score of 63.5.

On the east coast, in Ocala, FL, Lauren Kieffer (Middleburg,VA) rode Team Rebecca, LLC's Veronica to the top spot in the Ocala Horse Properties International CCI2*. Kieffer and Veronica were tied for third after dressage. They were still in third after a clear cross country round, but a double clear show jumping performance helped them to the win. They needed a tie-breaker to beat Buck Davidson and Santa's Keeper, and they got it by being one second closer to the optimum time on the cross country course.
