Lexington, Ky. – US Equestrian (USEF) and American Regent Animal Health, a division of American Regent, Inc. and the manufacturer of Adequan® i.m. (polysulfated glycosaminoglycan), are proud to announce that Adequan® i.m. will continue its sponsorship with US Equestrian as an Official Partner and Official Joint Therapy Product through November 30, 2022.

In addition to its official sponsor designations, Adequan® i.m. will continue as the title sponsor of the Adequan FEI North American Youth Championships (NAYC) presented by Gotham North, rebranded in 2018 with a fresh face and new name. American Regent Animal Health’s support of the NAYC will continue to further the championships’ goal of promoting and encouraging team and individual competition in these international disciplines. In 2019, the NAYC for eventing will be held at Rebecca Farm in Kalispell, Mont., July 25-28, while the NAYC for dressage and jumping will be held at Old Salem Farm in North Salem, N.Y., July 30 – August 4.

In addition, USEF has granted Adequan the following new designations:

  • Adequan U.S. Para-Equestrian Dressage Team,
  • Adequan USEF Para-Equestrian Dressage National Championships, and
  • 2019 US Equestrian Annual Meeting Pegasus Dinner, presented by Adequan

“Adequan is a longtime sponsor and partner of USEF and equestrian sport in the U.S., including para-dressage and our nation’s youth athletes,” said US Equestrian CEO Bill Moroney. “We are thrilled that they have chosen to extend their title sponsorship of NAYC and expand this to our para-equestrian dressage team and national championships. Their support contributes greatly to these athletes’ and their horses’ success both at home and on the international stage.”

“US Equestrian is one of our longest-standing partnerships, and we are especially proud to be part of the youth program,” said Allyn Mann, Director of Strategic Partnerships for American Regent Animal Health. “These young riders represent the future of the equine industry and it is our privilege to help protect the health of their amazing equine athletes. We are equally honored to add our support to the para-equestrian dressage team as their stories and accomplishments continue to awe and inspire us.”
