Arabian Horses Return to Idaho for Sport Horse National Arabian and Half-Arabian Championship Horse Show

Lexington, Ky. - The Arabian Horse Association (AHA) is headed back to Nampa, Idaho, for the 2018 Sport Horse National Arabian and Half-Arabian Championship Horse Show from September 18-22, at the Ford Idaho Horse Park. Arabian horse trainers and exhibitors travel from all over the United States and Canada to participate. This unique show is the only Sport Horse competition offered by a breed association.

Celebrating its 16th anniversary, Sport Horse Nationals is set to welcome over 1,600 Arabian and Half-Arabian horses this year. Spectators will enjoy around 120 different classes, including dressage, speed jumper, and carriage pleasure driving. Competition begins at 8:00 a.m. MDT on Tuesday, September 18, and will go until the very end of the show on Saturday, September 22. Spectators are encouraged to attend. Admission and parking to the show is free to the public.
