Falsterbo, Sweden – The Hermès U.S. Show Jumping Team is ready to take on the second leg of U.S. Show Jumping’s summer CSIO5* FEI Nations Cup European tour as they head to CSIO5* Falsterbo. With the aim of further developing up-and-coming horse-and-rider combinations, Chef d’Equipe Robert Ridland will lead the U.S Team of Katie Dinan, Chloe Reid, Alison Robitaille, Adrienne Sternlicht, and Ali Wolff.

The U.S. Team has drawn second in the order and combinations will ride in the following order:

Chloe Reid (Washington, D.C.), riding her own and Team Reid LLC’s 2007 Irish Sport Horse stallion, Codarco will take the field in their third Nations Cup of 2017. Climbing the ranks as a junior and young rider, Reid made her debut Nations Cup appearance this year, assisting the U.S. team’s silver medal efforts in the $150,000 FEI Nations Cup at CSIO4* Wellington. Jumping a clear round in their performance at CSIO5* Sopot, Reid and Codarco helped the U.S. team clinch gold in the first of the summer series, European Nations Cup tour.

Ali Wolff (New Albany, Ohio) and Casall, Blacklick Bend Farm’s 2005 Holsteiner gelding contributed to a U.S. team silver on home turf in the $150,000 FEI Nations Cup at CSIO4* Wellington in March. They also served as the reserve combination for the silver medal-winning team at CSIO4* HITS Ocala in February and placed sixth in the $380,000 Fidelity Investments Grand Prix CSI5*.

Adrienne Sternlicht (Greenwich, Conn.) will ride Starlight Farm 1 LLC’s 2008 Bavarian Warmblood mare, Cristalline, on their third Nations Cup team of the year. Sternlicht and Cristalline recently helped clinch the U.S. team’s invitation to the FEI Nations Cup Jumping Final in Barcelona, Spain, and a gold medal, with a clear round at CSIO4* Langley. The duo debuted their Nations Cup appearance earlier this year as contributors to the U.S. team’s silver-medal finish in CSIO4* Coapexpan, Mexico in May.

Alison Robitaille (Upperville, Va.) is a seasoned veteran of Nations Cup Jumping competition, with over 20 appearances. Her numerous accolades include a top finish at the 1999 Pan-American Games and appearances at four FEI World Cup Finals. She and Ace, Bertram and Diana Firestone’s 2005 KWPN gelding, anchored the team at CSIO4* Coapexpan, assisting in a silver-medal finish and keeping the team atop the standings. Ridland will look to Robitaille’s experience and veteran stability once again in Falsterbo.
