Lockman, Baumert Win Individual Gold and Bronze, Respectively at Lima 2019 Pan American Games

Lima, Peru - U.S. Dressage Team members Sarah Lockman and Jennifer Baumert have won individual gold and individual bronze, respectively, at the Lima 2019 Pan American Games on Wednesday. Performing the Intermediate I Freestyle, Lockman (Wildomar, Calif.) and First Apple (Vivaldi x T.C.N. Partout), a nine-year-old Dutch Warmblood stallion owned by Gerry Ibanez, topped the podium with a score of 78.980 percent. Baumert (Wellington, Fla.) and Handsome (Hochadel x Weltmeyer), a 14-year-old Hanoverian gelding owned by Betsy Juliano LLC, finished with a 75.755 percent.

 

Canada's Tina Irwin and Laurencio earned the silver medal with a score of 77.780 percent.
