Lexington, KY – Five horse/rider combinations have been named by the United States Equestrian Federation (USEF) to the second leg of the Meydan FEI Nations Cup™ Tour. Washington D. Bishop of Middleburg, Virginia passed away on May 9th, 2009. Wash was born on September 25, 1955 and grew up in Birmingham, Alabama.
