U.S. Dressage Team Earns Silver at Lima 2019 Pan American Games

Lima, Peru - The U.S. Dressage Team has earned the silver medal at the Lima 2019 Pan American Games on Monday. Led by Chef d'Equipe Debbie McDonald, the team of Nora Batchelder (Williston, Fla.) and Faro SQF (Fidertanz 2 x Rotspot), an 11-year-old Hanoverian gelding owned by Batchelder and Andrea Whitcomb; Jennifer Baumert (Wellington, Fla.) and Handsome (Hochadel x Weltmeyer), a 14-year-old Hanoverian gelding owned by Betsy Juliano LLC; and Sarah Lockman (Wildomar, Calif.) and First Apple (Vivaldi x T.C.N. Partout), a nine-year-old Dutch Warmblood stallion owned by Gerry Ibanez, finished with a score of 437.791 percent.

Canada earned gold and Brazil claimed bronze.
