U.S. Show Jumping Development Team Ready to Shine in FEI Jumping Nations Cup™ CSIO3* Lisbon

Lexington, Ky. – The U.S. Show Jumping Development Team is primed to compete in Friday’s FEI Jumping Nations Cup™ CSIO3* Lisbon with the help of Chef d’Equipe Anne Kursinski. The team of Taylor Alexander and Ryanair de Riverland, Zazou Hoffman and Samson II, Alise Oken and Hitchcock VD Broekkant, and Andrew Ramsay and California 62 prepared for the Nations Cup by competing at CSI2* Madrid, Spain, from May 18-20. The U.S. will compete sixth in the order of 12 teams.

Alexander: Three-time Adequan®/FEI North American Youth Championships presented by Gotham North (NAYC, formerly the Adequan/FEI North American Junior and Young Rider Championships presented by Gotham North) participant (2012, 2013, and 2014), won the young rider team silver medal with Zones 8 & 10 in 2013; top-three finish in the grand prix at CSI3* Vejer de la Frontera

 

Hoffman: Won the Aon Cup at the 2017 Spruce Meadows 'North American' CSI5* presented by Rolex; won the $40,000 Wells Fargo Private Bank Grand Prix at the Giant Steps Charity Classic Horse Show; placed third in the $75,000 Horseware Ireland Grand Prix at the 2017 HITS Desert Circuit VI

 

Oken: Two-time NAYC participant (2009, 2011); won the $34,000 Tryon FEI 1.45m Welcome at the 2015 Tryon Spring 8 CSI4*

 

Ramsay: Won the $35,000 Welcome Speed Cup at the 2018 Kentucky Invitational CSI3*; won the $35,000 Sovaro qualifier at the 2017 Live Oak International CSI3*-W; won the $34,000 Spy Coast Farm 1.45m CSI5*-W class during week seven of the 2015 Winter Equestrian Festival
