Dusti Hausman competes as in the Individual Female division of vaulting. She began competing in 2004, when she placed in the top ten at the USEF National Vaulting Championship in the Silver Women division. She took a hiatus from competing between 2010 and 2016, returning to place second at the USEF/AVA Vaulting National Championship in the Gold Individual division.

In 2019, Hausman won the Pacific Cup CVI1* Individual Female Senior division and went on to win the Gold Individual division at the USEF/AVA National Vaulting Championships that year. In 2022, she placed fifth in the Individual Female division at the Woodside CVI3* in California.
