Eleanor Brimmer made the switch to dressage in 2009, after growing up showing hunters. Brimmer represented the United States on the U.S. Para Dressage Team at the 2011 Dressage Affaire CPEDI3* at Del Mar Horsepark, Calif., in early 2011. She continued her success representing the United States with win in the 2013 AGDF WEF Dressage Classic CPEDI3* in Wellington, Fla., and top scores in at the 2014 AGDF 10 CPEDI3*. In 2015, she and London Swing helped the team to victory in at AGDF CPEDI3* in Wellington, Fla. She was selected as part of the team to compete at the 2016 AGDF CPEDI3*, and again in 2020 where she and Richelieu Stensvang had a clean sweep, helping secure a team win. It was in 2020 that she moved up to Development on the Para Dressage Pathway Lists.
Brimmer became an athlete representative for the sport of para dressage on the Board of Directors in 2023 to further show her passion and support of advancements in para dressage. She also became the USPEA President in early 2024. In addition, she and My Moment became the first championship title winners at the 2024 U.S. Dressage Festival of Champions in the Adequan®/USEF Para Dressage National Championship.
Brimmer and My Moment started 2025 with a personal best in Grade II as a member of the U.S. Para Dressage Team in the AGDF 3 CPEDI3* in Wellington, Fla., where the duo helped secure the first team victory of the year.
