Fylicia Barr is a professional eventing rider and trainer based in Unionville, Pa. Since 2016, she has competed Galloway Sunrise, a Warmblood mare she has owned since she was 13 and “Sunny” was just a yearling. Together, Barr and Sunny have been competing at the FEI level since 2016.

Recent highlights include third-place finishes at Unionville Horse Trials in 2018 and 2019 in the CCI4*-S. The pair won the Jersey Fresh International CCI4*-L in 2019 with no faults on cross-country. That year, they placed in the top-10 in the $60,000 Adequan® USEA Advanced Final at the USEA American Eventing Championships.
